Katie is the founding director of Katherine Innes Consulting, bringing over 15 years of project management experience across diverse sectors. With an MSc in Conservation and a BA in Archaeology, she blends solid academic foundations with hands-on expertise to create tailored, effective solutions.

Katie’s work is powered by her core values: energy, joy, curiosity, and a genuine passion for success. She is known for her nuanced communication and people-focused leadership, Katie inspires collaboration and trust, fostering environments where creativity and strategic thinking thrive.
