Founded by Katherine Innes, an experienced project leader with a background in archaeology, heritage and strategic consultancy, KIC brings together rigorous project management and a deep respect for legacy. Our work spans complex restorations, creative adaptations, and high-profile cultural initiatives — always grounded in strong relationships, clear communication, and thoughtful leadership.

FOUNDING DIRECTOR

KATIE INNES

Katie is a specialist project leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex heritage, cultural, and high-end residential projects. With an MSc in Conservation and a BA in Archaeology, she combines deep sector knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Before founding KIC, Katie held senior roles at organisations including Gleeds and Mott MacDonald, where she developed a reputation for clear leadership, strategic thinking, and a calm, collaborative style.

Katie brings:

  • A thoughtful and creative approach to achieving client goals within the constraints of historic settings
