KATIE INNES

Katie is a highly experienced professional with a passion for heritage and cultural projects. With an MSc in Conservation and a BA in Archaeology, Katie brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and practical expertise to every project. Her career spans over 15 years in project management, including senior roles at organisations such as Gleeds and Mott MacDonald.​

This extensive experience has equipped Katie with highly transferable skills and knowledge, including:​

  • Exceptional people skills, including high emotional intelligence, clear communication, engagement, enthusiasm​

  • A sympathetic and innovative approach to achieving client requirements in historic buildings.​

  • The ability to maintain strategic oversight while keeping a firm grasp on the intricacies of each project. Thereby reducing the burden which projects can place on clients. ​

  • Expertise in managing complex projects to deliver exceptional results from both the team and the project itself.
